This Privacy Policy describes how NewDayBlessings.com (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

1. Data Controller Contact

The Site is operated by Kammil Sarbuland, Founder

  • Email: kammil.sr@gmail.com
  • Effective Date: 15/12/2025

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect information primarily for delivering our core service, “The Daily Grace” newsletter, and for site functionality.

A. Data Collected for Communications (Personal Data)

You voluntarily provide this data when you subscribe or contact us:

  • Email Subscription: We collect your Email Address when you sign up for “The Daily Grace” newsletter. We use this exclusively to send you the content you requested and occasional site updates.
  • Comments/Contact Forms: When you leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form (Name, Email), and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
  • Gravatar Service: An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

B. Usage Data and Automatic Collection (Non-Personal Data)

We automatically collect this data to analyze site performance and improve content relevance:

  • Usage Data: We collect non-identifiable information (e.g., pages viewed, time spent on pages) via Google Analytics to understand which content (e.g., Monday Blessings) is most popular, allowing us to enhance the user experience.
  • Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

3. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

  • Login Cookies: If you visit our login page (if applicable), we will set temporary and permanent cookies to determine if your browser accepts cookies and to save your login information and screen display choices. These cookies contain no personal data and are discarded when you close your browser.
  • Article Editing Cookies: If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

4. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos, images, social media feeds, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that external website.

5. Sharing and Retention of Data

A. Data Sharing

  • Third-Party Services: We share data with trusted third-party providers only as necessary to deliver our services. Your Email Address is shared with our Email Service Provider (e.g., Mailchimp) to distribute “The Daily Grace” newsletter. Usage Data is shared with Analytics Providers (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Password Reset: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
  • Spam Detection: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We never sell, trade, or rent your Personal Data to others.

B. Data Retention

  • Comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically.
  • Registered Users: For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. This data can be seen, edited, or deleted at any time (except for the username) by the user or website administrators.
  • Newsletter Data: Retained until you unsubscribe.

6. Your Rights Over Your Data (GDPR/CCPA Compliance)

You have specific rights regarding your data:
